In putting this into practice, the past really intensely start constantly coming front, as if the memories of the past want to be my first thought from the beginning of the day till the end of the day. It was/ is a fight, a preverbal battle ground.
Once "you've noticed" the past coming up "ALL" the time and reigniting your emotions, that when you go at that moment to your future thinking...you'll win and now and then you'll be shown your progress and it will be a wow situation at about how far you've come....It works ! Just get out of the bleacher and get on the playing field....
