Intro to ONE TIMERS

Great vid as always.
Last night I was practicing with my son, and was sending some pucks over over for him to onetime.
He is a lefty and was shooting from the right wing towards the net.
He plays left wing, so I asked him to onetime from the left wing, he said he couldn't.
Is it not possible for a Lefty to onetime from the left wing?
All the demos I see are leftys on the right wing or rightys on the left wing.

was that a snap shot or a 50 cal sniper rifle i just heard?

I love shooting one timers. When I played ice hockey, I used to score a lot of one timer goals. I even have a video where I shoot them one after another from an angle. That was my favourite position from which I scored as a forward.
