I was kinda hoping to see Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego at the end. Oh well.

The super saiyan form was iconic. Then came super saiyan 2 which was the same thing with some electrical sparks. Super saiyan 3 had the long hair and no eyebrows which looked kind of weird but awesome at the same time, I feel like it fits someone like broly more. Super Saiyan 4 he was a weird monkey dude, not canon so doesn't matter.

But then came super saiyan god. And to say it was underwhelming is an extreme understatement... google goku kaioken then google super saiyan god. Yes, they look the same - it was a concerning sign that akira's age has decreased is creativity dramatically. His super saiyan god form which is supposed to be stronger than super saiyan 3 looks like the form he had BEFORE super saiyan 1. It's nonsense.

Then he becomes super saiyan blue. Blue hair is suddenly randomly better than gold. It's completely arbitrary. What next, green hair? Nope, goku gets white and vegeta gets purple, which makes about as much sense. Dragonball Z was a great part of my childhood and the first time goku became super saiyan was awesome (they should have just ended it after the frieza fight if you think about it) it's such a shame what a joke it has become.
