Reynolds:
"Kiss me my girl before
I'm sick."
Me: "HE KNOWS!!!!" 😄
Whoever thought that casting such a chubby and plain faced woman as the lover of a fashion designer, deserves to get fired
ОтветитьThis was the most most most boring movie ever... didn't like it at all.
ОтветитьIs he just trying to create his mama?
ОтветитьThe SCOREEEE.... astounding!
ОтветитьMushrooms!
ОтветитьSuch a beautiful film, and funny too. Best costume drama ever. DDL is one of the best actors of all time, and Vicky Krieps did a phenomenal job too, and of course Leslie Manville. It's cool how PTA evolved as a director after the great Punch-Drunk Love, his movies became less show-offy, even more psychological, classical, slow, visually rich, and basically perfect, much as I love his turn of the century films too. Other than Inherent Vice and Licorice Pizza which were more like his older style.
Ответитьa true masterpiece that gets better with every single watch, from the immaculate frames and aesthetic shots to the atmospheric yet captivating storyline and the performances of the actors...if this Daniel Day-Lewis last performance as an actor, wow, what a way to end the career, so powerful! blown away
ОтветитьI spy Robin Hoods Bay
ОтветитьDaniel Day-Lewis's character, Reynolds, is clearly bipolar.
Ответить"Does anyone else feel like watching Reynolds is like watching Jordan Peterson!"😄
ОтветитьHe plays narcissist so well
ОтветитьIncredible movie. The only thing wrong with it was that DDL was too good! Seriously though, the whole cast was brilliant.
ОтветитьI love There Will Be Blood and watched Phantom Thread recently and really enjoyed it. I found it very interesting and I was engaged by the character dynamic between the two leads.
ОтветитьRm recommended
ОтветитьNothing like a little poison mushroom - to make you love me and keep you Sic in love with me
ОтветитьI’ve watched this movie 6x already I love it. Going to watch it another 6x.🤣✌🏼🎉💃🏻 🇬🇺
ОтветитьHow I missed this in the goddamn theater I'll never know or forgive myself for.
ОтветитьPTA really hit new heights with this one
ОтветитьSame dude who directed Boogie Nights 😭
ОтветитьPTA, DDL, Vicky Krieps, Leslie Manville, Jonny Greenwood -- stunning array of talent working in this film.
ОтветитьThis movie was so incredibly dull and pretentious (and no, it’s not because I “didn’t understand the meaning” which is what everyone says when someone dislikes a film with no substance). Not as deep as it wanted to be.
ОтветитьA good movie to watch
ОтветитьI’ve never enjoyed a movie trailer like this. It captures the magnificence of this movie.
ОтветитьWhen I saw the trailer for this I was like, wtf is Daniel Day-Lewis doing!? Then as much as I enjoyed the film, I struggled like hell... because I was like, what artsy-fartsy shit is this. Then we got to the last 4th of the film, and then the finale. And I was like, this is so fucking Daniel Day-Lewis, and all was right in my world again.
Ответитьjonny greenwood is a classical composer dawg
ОтветитьFun fact: the music in the first 20 seconds are from Once Upon A Time In The West soundtrack
ОтветитьTrailer is not captivating and I'm not excited
ОтветитьIt Is the Best Movie I ever Watched. And It Deserves Academy Awards In All Categories.
ОтветитьCan anyone recommend any films as beautiful as this? The elegance, pace, stunning cinematography, set/costumes, acting, everything about this is just amazing.
Ответитьthe movie was creepy. 2 weird people who get together become even creepier. its like these couples who become murderers. ive heard cops say, 2 losers find each other, they commiserate w/ each other about their awful lives, they see themselves as victims & the other people are to blame, etc...they push & hype up each other to do these horrific crimes & sometimes w/some of them, would never do it if they were on their own. i think this movie was more like a horror movie.
Ответить❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьIf I don't give a fuck about dresses would this still be worth watching. Cause seriously who cares about dresses.
ОтветитьI watch this trailer all the time and just realized the opening song is pulled from the song "Jill" in Once Upon a Time in the West. I did a double take to make sure Spotify didn't jump me to the Phantom Thread score.
ОтветитьThis movie deserves much much much more appreciation because this is truly one of my best movies ever seen. Extremely well acted, and unparalleled.
Ответитьit's just a fucking dress
ОтветитьDaniel Day Lewis just doesn’t appear in enough movies, which makes it a real treat when he does. Phantom Thread (2017) is his last movie to date. Come back, sir!
ОтветитьKleider machen Leute
ОтветитьThis film is rich and decadent! The characters were all played perfectly!! Amazing how little was said and you read every nuance and their body language! I love the writing and the end was absolutely brilliant!!! I must own this gorgeous film!!
ОтветитьWhat a masterpiece... one of the most finest movies ever made
ОтветитьDaniel Day Lewis is an Oscar ✨✨ he had me at this trailer… my god I’m hooked ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
ОтветитьSpectacular film
ОтветитьI see a 3 time. Beautiful film.
ОтветитьHis last movie is him falling in love with a female Bill Cosby lol.
ОтветитьThis movie is simply about a guy who has a case of undiagnosed misophonia….lol
ОтветитьMan that was sleep inducing
ОтветитьAn astonishingly beautiful slow burn. DDL is brilliant, of course, but he meets his match in Vicky Krieps. Anderson at the top of his game here.
ОтветитьOne of the most beautiful love stories I’ve ever seen on film. And Johnny Greenwood’s compositions are excellent.
ОтветитьDaniel Day-Lewis' swan song
ОтветитьTrailer doesn't come close to doing this remarkable film justice.
