People want him to stop being a bad guy and start being a dark hero cause of the actors charisma. I kinda like that he stuck to being rotten

Soldier boy was the best of season 3

His father was actually right. Notice that his father was not violent to him. He only saw Soldier Boy for what he truly was: a lazy and unreliable troublemaker. He wanted his son to work hard, to become respectful, to earn the admiration of others. Instead, he used drugs to become a celebrity. He made no actual effort. He didn’t fight in the war like other young men did. Instead of understanding his father’s disappointment, Soldier Boy chose to live in self-pity.

You had me till you sold the advice that he needs to be more emotional. NO. That is the Femalecentric societal brainwashing. Soldier boy was so appealing precisely because he was compensating for his past trauma perfectly as is. He was doing just fine....other people on the other hand who kept fucking him over...that's a different story.

Such a childish show, homelanders only a problem in places where nukes weren't developed.

What would be cool. Someone impervious to homelander's lazer/heat vision... Putting their hand over his eyes, after he starts up... And burning his own brains out with that.

So just my opinion but I seriously believe soldier boy got screwed over in the end. The whole thing was that they realized he was far worse evil than homelander but Homelander has a plan for if people don’t like him anymore which include mass murder blowing up cities. Soldier boy felt bad for hurting all those people stating I’m not a bad guy.

I do think there’s something admirable about the character and the way Mr Ackles plays him but yes... you wouldn’t want to truly be like him lol

He may have been a dick, but he definitely didn’t deserve to be experimented on and tortured by the Russians for 30 years

You know I know the Boys was always political but the shoe horning this season was pretty silly. They kept constantly calling Soldier boy a racist and.. honestly, that does not seem like one of his flaws (of which he has many, many flaws). To him you're either him, or you're everybody else, and I don't think he cares much beyond that.
