I know that was not the point of the tariff bit, but I think I need to see some posh rollerblading on the weekend.
Ответитьwho is the legend that donated 2000 pounds at the fundraiser?
ОтветитьThis TDS is not helping rollerblading not look gay
ОтветитьAnother solid one! And well done for making changes in skating 🏆
ОтветитьRepublicans are always looking for a way to cater to the upper wealth brackets. The problem with Americans is they have too much pride to admit they're not in that wealth bracket. Also, every politician including trump have promised manufacturing to return here, until they realize that it's more profitable to make stuff over seas. That's why it doesn't come back. You only get small Etsy store stuff made in America.
ОтветитьAwesome stuff Tom!
ОтветитьI'm from NYC and still live here. There are no inline skate shops here. A Them shop is a double edged sword. While it's good to have an aggressive inline shop for the first time since the 90's (yes it's been that long), having a single brand is a monopoly. Monopolies are bad. We need s shop that sells multiple brands. There are really not many aggressive inline skaters here. There are people who do fitness but that's mostly it. In the last 5 years I've only seen two other aggressive skaters in Manhattan. Neither one was skating Thems. If there's one thing that people in NYC hate is not having a choice.
ОтветитьI'll buy your skates here in Europa and send'm to you.
ОтветитьHey don't mess with my TRUMP he's my man and the best president we have had. China deserves it and Canada and it's gonna help out our country in the long run not just the immediate time frame. There is no bigger bad ass president then Trump. Skating will be fine. It's only a short term struggle but long run speaking it will get our country to completely rise out of the crap we've been in. Including American made goods. China makes crap anyway. China Production is cheap and crap maybe we should have American made skates now that's quality!!!! Skate companies use crap gear and production is too often cheap and just shite .
ОтветитьTom the SOTY prize pool is a great idea. Big respect for you efforts to approach that in a new and meaningful way.
ОтветитьI am a skateboarder and I am watching your video amazing man
ОтветитьIt's soooooooo hard to grow in the xsports community, as well as gaming and tech lol when people say niche they mean NICHE down.
Ответить60% tariff actually means the consumer will pay over double what they pay now, due to the knock-on effect as the tariff filters through the various companies
ОтветитьJK gives me massive Korean Champion Baumstimler vibes !
ОтветитьThanks honey ❤
ОтветитьThanks for this drop. I gotta say that of all the news worthy bits, the things said about Cudot I thought I was the only one that noticed how clean his skating was in his Cougar edit. So good!
ОтветитьTrump will start rollerblading and be A#1 in 6 months, tops.
ОтветитьWe shouldn’t be riding boards made by 10 yr olds, or supporting slave labor in other countries.
In the 90s we couldn’t afford to buy decks every month.
It’s a shame we are doing what we’ve been doing,
Perfect example: name the best vhs rollerblading videos…
I would be shocked if any top 10 came from anywhere but America.
US is going to get a tax like the EU has VAT, oh no, lmao.
ОтветитьYou should be on Sky New's 'lefties loosing it' with this video :). Anyhow, I've been watching your videos for a while and a little bit of TDS won't stop me, but I'd politely suggest either staying out of politics of doing actual research before doing predictions like this.
ОтветитьJanet Yellen was born in 1946 and she is a democrat. Of course she would say that and of course you would bark the same like a brave dog without thinking about it or maybe cheking on some other opinions. What about google how the trade markets around the globe responded to Trump reelection? Please dont take this video down so I can come back in a year and see how good it ages.
ОтветитьTrump is a fruitbooter he’s constantly trying to beat off two dudes at once. ❤
Ответитьship all them skates to canada, we'll keep em cheap
ОтветитьGod bless ya for the go fund me Tom! I hope some Brands get attention, too and raise the bar even further; the Athletes def. deserve it!
ОтветитьI agree so much about you say from Kelso brothers !!!!
ОтветитьAs a proud left handed Bartholomew i appreciated this video thanks Tom!
ОтветитьRollerblade and ultra wheels originally manufactured their products in America 30 years ago. I think it’s entirely possible to manufacture here in the United States. It’s not going to happen overnight but we have so many injection mold presses and resources here. It’s surly possible. We will see.
Ответитьgreat great stuff again Tom. Thanks for all the effort and it feels fresh getting new ideas.
ОтветитьFacts anybody remember u m d movies
ОтветитьHave i had a stroke, or are all the responses to comments not visible? To be fair, it may well be the first one cause i have been feeling a bit wonky recently........
ОтветитьQuick Survey: If Tom shaved his beard he would look most like:
A. Hugh Grant
B. Prince Harry
C. Peter Capaldi
my lord if this was pre the events of Barely Dead, you'd be a rich man. Such good content about a money sink industry. I know you're making a little but you deserve more and we all know you're passionate. Cheers and thanks for the content. It's always a watch. Hope to be able support eventually.
ОтветитьDumb take
ОтветитьSupport american manufacturing
ОтветитьThat is not a sheisty mask at all😂😂
ОтветитьThis is the dumbest idea for a video you’ve ever had
Ответитьrollerbladers killed their own industry off.
ОтветитьHi 👋 Tom how u doing buddy nice 👍 video agin .
And yes the truth is in America it is almost done of whit skaters ,if u talking about exposer and skaters yes , Uk ,china , Japan ,Europe,is the new generation of blading world 🌎.We only got maybe 12 skaters in USA 🇺🇸 that can hold it down and yes if this happens whit exports it will put a risk of blading brand bc the skates are expensive and parts .I seen and went to see what the skate culture does out here and it’s really not how it was few pros support the comps out here not like over seas that have more support.Over her in America it’s skateboard 🛹 that became popular from kids to adults I’m just saying .its hard to say what the future looks like over here for rollerblade world
Another note in nyc there is not a lot of skaters like back in the day to tell u the truth nyc skaters should b proud them brand took a chance opening a shop in nyc ! The rent for a shop is mind blowing especially in Manhattan I know it every person in nyc knows it .U know how much merch u have to sell just to pay that rent 😅is no jk
ОтветитьWill Libtardation Break Your Own Brain!??
ОтветитьThis Is sick as fuck but one of my favorite tricks In rollerblading Is a rocket mctwist flip absolutely Insanely crazy & I know way more tricks then that
Ответитьshout out to Arnav who owns Kinetic Expression Skate. he supported rollerblading in the city during the pandemic by selling skates!
Ответитьyou know what... you don't need expensive skates to have a damn good time or even skate good for that mater. all of this year i skated faction skates, I decided to put on my "razor cult streets" that's been sitting in my closet from 2014(my first ever skate).... TO MY SUPRISE putting create original frames/intuition liner/razor V cut cuff... these would be thE nicest feeling skate I've put on... not clunky (cut the shell so it has a slight more forward flex) light and slim.... 90$ skates dude.... made me realize a big soul plate doesn't make that big of a difference after all.. nor a 400$ skate...
