WHEN is Chief Rafferty going to step up to the plate and reassure Canton’s residents they are safe? Two and a half years of SILENCE is concerning to all living here with the exception of CPD and townie families.

Chris has had far more than 2 incidents!!!! cursing a woman out in waterfall parking lot, cursing woman out outside the pizza shop 2-3 times including news crews, verbal attack outside courthouse on a woman, verbal attack on a woman during a SBM verbal assault toward a woman and man outside pizza shop a week before. So 2 incidents isn't it Chris. .

CA didn't even actually Apologize... His Word Salad was him passing the Buck & Excusing his Inappropriate Behavior by Blaming others by way of him, his Family & his Extended Family being Harder, but NOBODY was Harrassing him when he decided to be a Bully. Which, TB didn't even Acknowledge them until Colin called Ryan & Julie Nagel, along w/ a few others & then I'll Roberts.

CA clearly didn't think his "Apology" through beyond the 1st Draft he scribbled down & he's so Narcissistic he probably Read it & said "Yea, that Sounds SO Good!". He's so used to being the way that he is that he doesn't see how Wrong he is. All that was required of him was to Own what he said & did & actually Apologize w/out Blaming anyone else... Bc him & his Clan chose to initiate that run in w/ TB. Bc w/out Out of Towners, like TB cooking to eat at a Canton Business, the Town would become obsolete w/out that Tourist Revenue. The Harassment is irrelevant, bc his Position makes it that he shouldn't have involved himself in an Altercation... At all. Period & should'vetold his Clan to knock it off or to Shut up, but instead he made a Verbal Threat knowing that his Behavior & Bullying was being Videoed.

His "Apology" only consisted of Blaming others for his Bad Behavior, Actions & Choices... Which are Things he's NOT actually Sorry for, or he NEVER would've brought those other Things up. He was making Excuses for being a Crap Human, while choosing to partake in the Harassment & Threatening Behavior towards TB. He's clearly in a Position that he shouldn't be in, just like Proctor & Kevin Albert were, Matt Mccabe is, Yuri Bukhenik, Tully, Paul, Rafferty are... But, the House of Cards is starting to fall & I wouldn't doubt if ALL of them end up being Indicted & Charged by the FBI & his "Apology" then will be just as Narcissistic & Empty as this "Apology" at the Meeting.

the one thing that has always made my "Spidey Senses" awaken is when I found out the department that Officer J O'Keefe worked in... in my humble opinion someone was going to be charged or "registered" or possibly he found something and one of the Canton goons found out. What good is a meeting where the people are only allowed 15 minutes total at 3 minutes max each???? To me i would make sure their salary reflects this amount of work time. As being accountable and accessible to the public is a MAJOR part of the elected positions.
