Ok I'm officially addicted to ballroom dancing, absolutely love it but I've often wondered how this dance came to be and I'm almost certain that a long long time ago at a shmancy ball there was a delicious extremely garlicky dish and in order to dance without smelling a putrid stinch they put their heads together or in this case far apart, compromised and the waltz was born.

Does anyone know what the track at the start (waltz heat) is called? I searched up and down for it, no luck so far.
