Downgrade iOS 17 to iOS 16 Without Losing Data

I really thought that everyone in the comment section just didn't do it right, but now, I can't restore my iPhone from backup 🥲 I think it did work from iOS 16 to 15, but from 17 to 16 it doesn't.
