Wampee sub tropical fruit tree

So far I've only seen people growing the yellow varieties. They seem to vary in quality of the fruit a lot so i guess its pot luck with seedlings

Nice healthy plants, Ian. Wampees are actually more closely related to citrus. I haven't been able to taste the fruit yet, but I was able to get hold of some seedling trees from the Netherlands earlier in the year. Of course, they will take many years to fruit from seed, but if yours are grafted they should fruit much earlier 👍. They seem to be quite popular with Australian growers.
