At the start of the video, I saw all that dirt & just thought, well, this is a 2 day job. Then BAM! all 4 of you knuckled down and got it done.
As an Aussie, I have not seen dirt/mud used as insulation in old buildings.
Most of our old buildings that remain are dated in the 19th Century. I'm presuming that insulation was for the colder climates & post 1850s or so?
To me, it doesn't make sense to use mud like that for insulation unless it's completely clean. Goodness knows what sort of microbes would have been lurking in 18th Century ceilings with that stuff being used as insulation. Maybe Billy could delivery it all to Ryan's place! 😄
Wow that was amazing work done so willingly by you all and totally backbreaking. Im sorry to hear that Rick and family are moving on and he will be missed. I and my family wish him and his family all the very best for a happy future.😃
ОтветитьHey, baby, there ain't no easy way out
ОтветитьHave a great weekend! Thanks for video
ОтветитьBeautiful opening drone shot with the morning fog.
ОтветитьWhy don’t you dump All the concrete onboards outside and load it for there…?.you have a reg area of grass you could lay boards and get that floor out and ready to go maybe get a grabber lorry on and load that to be amen away….🤷🏼♂️
ОтветитьLove the fast time lapse effect
ОтветитьI find myself holding my breath when I watch all of that dust flying around!
Ответить🍻Have a great weekend!
ОтветитьOh my goodness what back breaking work today , glad you got to go home early .
ОтветитьMissouri here
ОтветитьLoved the intro clip! Wow, that was hard work scooping up the ceiling dirt!
Ответитьcarabiner on jean belt loop to hold cord
ОтветитьConfused, where is Simon's and Janice's sheet rock layer in relation to the concrete flooring ??
ОтветитьI bet you guys don’t want to see a shovel & dirt for a long time!😊❤
ОтветитьBilley Rick has been a great team member for these last 2 years. I wish him & his family well in the UK.
ОтветитьGreat music
ОтветитьWay to hustle everyone!
I know you're not looking forward to the concrete, but "Crack On", seems to be the call of the day so, Crack on!
Every time I see them using that electric jackhammer I keep thinking they really need to get a bigger one or a longer chisel to mount in it….. my back hurts just watching them bend over for so long.
ОтветитьRetired now but back in the day I was used as physical labor.
I’m so glad you all got to leave early.
Inspired to see Mick keeping pace with the Team.
Thank you so much for sharing this story.

ОтветитьLove the soundtrack! It syncs well with your working 🥰
ОтветитьI like that Billie pitches in and does any job with his team
ОтветитьThankyou for wearing eye protection
ОтветитьHappy Trails Rick. All the best to you and your family. I will miss your grin, but may your next chapter be blessed. You left your mark.
ОтветитьIt’s sad seeing Rick go soon. He’s been such a big part of the team and family. That was dusty and dirty work, I’m sure everyone was happy to go home for a shower. Have a great weekend to all. ❤
Ответить😴💤💤💤💤💤💤
Ответить👍👍❤️
ОтветитьMy heart hurts from the breaking of the ciment floor.
ОтветитьHard work 🤦♀️you make it look easy ✨🙏✨
ОтветитьHey Billy how about making a wooden elevator by the window and use an electric engine houst to lift up the dirt to the shoot.
So dirt into the wheel barrow …. Wheel barrow to wooden lift…… electric houst the dirt to the height of the shoot… then tip into shoot.
I hope you all are wearing masks as you don't know what you are breathing into your lungs.
ОтветитьMoody foggy intro. It’s fall!
ОтветитьWOW! I can't believe how fast you work! Haha
ОтветитьWonder if a light spritz of water over that dirt, would help keep the dust down some?
ОтветитьGreat videography and music again Billy! How many layers are there under the concrete?
ОтветитьWhat I love about you Billy is you don't ask anything of your guys that your not willing to do yourself. You get right into it roll up your sleeves and get it done. As an employer thats how you earn respect not by saying do this do that. Much respect to you sir.
ОтветитьSo happy to see the Billy style of vlogging back.. if no one realizes the creative hard worker of Billy go back in the way back machine 3 years ago.. Crack on Petherick
ОтветитьMaybe buy a misting system to keep dust levels down? Must affect the neighbours.
ОтветитьHow much can your truck actually carry? That was a lot of dirt. 1 Ton is 2240 pounds.
Do you have to pay for trips to the Tip? Or are they free because they limit you to 2 trips per day?
I too, will miss Rick's smile! Best of wishes to you Rick when you leave for the UK.
ОтветитьAn amazing clean up team. Certainly cracking on. Have a lovely weekend and rest. 🫣🤗
Ответить2 bedrooms cleared 5 more to go just on this floor. 10 tons of debris from 2 bedrooms is astonishing. That would be approximately 30 tons more to remove not counting the walls and timbers. That is a lot of trips to the tip. Have you considered hiring a bigger tip truck?
ОтветитьWow guys that was epic!
ОтветитьI will miss Rick’s smile. He has always been such a happy and Genuinely lovely person. He works so hard. But he always has a smile on his face, no matter how backbreaking the work is. I will truly miss Rick, but I hope he and his family the best in their future. ❤
ОтветитьIt was so dusty, I started coughing LOL. Let me jump in here about Rick's smile...yep, going to miss it. We can rewatch some videos but that won't be the same because we will still know he is gone. :(
ОтветитьWow, you guys are going to be exhausted
ОтветитьExcellent episode and amazing progress! Looked like two days work! Be well, stay safe all! Thank you all! 😊🎉❤👍🥰
