Xcloud is decent if you are close to the servers and dont mind using a controller. Or you can use a browser extension that emulates controller so you can use your keyboard and mouse. Just remember that is still xbox controller - so the feel is not gonna be the same.

I really like the idea of not buying hardware and just renting but i like games such as MSFS, Cities Skylines 2, FS22 and Starfield etc, but they are only worth playing if i use mods to make the game better/indepth. How will cloud gaming adapt to this?
Cloud gamimg might only be good for vanilla games.
If i am someone who plays both Vanilla and Modded, then i still need to purchase hardware. Then why would i also rent?.

Xbox cloud gaming is good I been using lt for a while now and it has improved a lot I do recommend the clarity boost it makes the game look better and for me makes the game more responsive with less input lag. I been using a chrome and Microsoft web extension call Xbox keyboard and mouse is about 4 dollar but just one time payment and it emulates a Xbox controller with your keyboard and mouse is pretty good is beet with a controller but mine died so I been using the extension and is pretty I don’t fell much Input lag and is a good alternative for people who does not have a controller

Is kinda funny how Microsoft has completely destroyed sony in portable gaming,

because you can play starfield portable with something like the asus rog ally or any official licensed windows console,

or on the clouds with your phone or with the Microsoft cloud handheld console the Logitech gcloud, while sony is only focusing on remote play with their new handheld XP
