I think that taking cold showers are good sometimes for me and I do take them but not at this time of the year not for me I have a immune disease that keeps me sick with colds and a cold shower in winter it would probably give me pneumonia!!!!!!!

My favorite colors are Lighter blues and black and red and violet and green purple and pink are colors I only wear when I'm feeling really sad to help me feel better!!!!!!!
