I once looked into being a Patriots cheerleader. You get paid 75 bucks a game have to either work full time or be a full time student, attend every practice every week and travel to games. Sexual slave labor much?

they need to stretch and work on all that before trying the split, that leg is going to bother her for a long time

Why would you practice a dangerous split the same night they are supposed to do it? That puts such big pressure and that can lead to serious injuries. Why not practice for a couple of days continuously to the day of the actual split? Absolutely horrid.

I would have cut the ppl who never did it immediately. You mean to tell me you tried out for a team where that’s their signature move and you NEVER practiced or done it before? Get out.

Jumping into a split is really easy I been able to do it since I was 7 and I think anyone can be capable of doing it!

I was in gymnastics for years. The DCC jump splits are crazy. As a DCC..you do this, what, every other week on average during the season? You’re going to do some damage….. eventually. 😑
