Hi, I’ve been praying before I go to bed and asking my guides for healing energy , but when I try to go to sleep it’s like my whole bed vibrates / shakes and I just lie there my heart pounding waiting for it to stop and it does eventually . Do you think this is my spirit guides giving me healing energy or something else ?? It doesn’t feel negative ! This has happened a few times now x

I'm watching this 3 weeks too late... If people I work with have bad headaches/ migraines all I have to do is put my hands on their head for a couple of minutes and their headache goes away. I would have tried to send you distance healing energy if it was in real time. ...If I can do that perhaps Spomey can help you tap in to some hidden healing ability that you have but you don't know you can do it.
