Thank you, Akshat! I have been trying to understand the basis of F&O for a long time. I know how it works, but have been trying to understand the why and the background. This one video explained that better than any others I've watched. I'll recommend it to anyone who wants to understand from scratch. Other videos simply assume you already know stuff, and that is frustrating.

You kept on saying "Don't use options trading for speculation" what does that mean? I should not use call options to speculate that a certain stock will go up and earn profit on it? if so why the technical reason cause i see a lot similarity between buying stocks.. please elaborate
