On the water or over / above. Not in / under the water.
Preferably in a good sized ship or boat. Motor yacht.
The Daintree Rainforest alone, is a life changing experience. Especially at night, when certain things glow. 🤣
ОтветитьI'd recommend going to Cairns for The Great Barrier Reef, then a day trip back and forth from Kuranda. There's plenty to see and do there including visiting The Butterfly 🦋 House, The Heritage Markets and you should definitely try the food from Home Made Icecream to German Sausages. There's a wide variety to choose from. Do yourself a favour don't just drive back and forth. There's Sky Rail through the rainforest and The Scenic Railway to travel on. Then hire a car up the Mountain Range for a visit to The Atherton Tablelands. With the cooler temperatures which I've mentioned in our Live Chats. As that lovely gentleman who made that video mentioned we have Rainforests, Waterfalls and plenty of Lakes. We also have Rolling Green Hills. Due to long extinct Volcanoes our soil is good for growing a wide variety of Fruits and Vegetables, it's also Dairy Country. We don't have many resorts but there are houses that are Air B & B's and "Big 4 Caravan Parks" have some pretty good cabins. Some even have spar baths. Both options are good for families. As Aussies the locals are friendly outgoing people who Love Tourists especially International ones. We really missed them during Covid. If you see boxes of fruit or vegetables they're usually free and grown in someone's backyard. There are plenty of parks to have a barbie (barbecue) for free, with swings and slides for your kids to play on.
Ответитьreally uplifting
ОтветитьAs a Queenslander so interested to see and hear your reactions about my beautiful home state, my home 🏡 city is Brisbane. There are glass bottom boats
Ответить5% really!
ОтветитьQueensland is more than 3x the size of Texas so you can bet your boots that there is a lot that is not in this video. It was just about rainforest and sea. But so much to see and do. Highlights include being able to watch a silent movie at the last silent movie theater still operating in the world, complete with organ player who matches his music to the action on screen. You can go watch giant sea turtles coming ashore in the moonlight to lay their eggs. Brisbane has a fabulous arts center. Cuddle koalas at the Currumbin sanctuary on the Gold Coast, and follow that with dinner on Caville Avenue.
ОтветитьHey you could check out Dawn adventures video of South West coast of Western Australia, called Esperance Lucky Bay
Beautiful beaches and rock formations with kangaroo's on the beach. Stunning
Look out for them Noah's lol
ОтветитьYou don't have to deep dive on the Great Barrier Reef. It's not deep in a lot of the reef. The Great Barrier Reef is the largest living reef system in the world.
It's absolutely critical for the health of the world's oceans.
Love you guys and your vids. Watched a few and have now subscribed. You shouldn’t touch the coral because it is a living creature, not a rock, or suchlike. I’m an Aussie, but from the other side of the country, in Western Australia, which is mega kilometres from Cairns.
ОтветитьYay, I live in brisbane, Queensland too, hope you make it here one day x
Ответить😩this looks fun, but knowing everything in Australia wants to kill you 🚮🚮ill pass
ОтветитьGood video, thanks, and you're right, it barely touched the surface. Great videos for you to react to is I Still Call Australia Home, I am Australian and I Was Only 19. Keep up the good work
ОтветитьAs a Queenslander I love to see you react to my beautiful state. I've been snorkeling on the GBR. I am not an adventurous person but it was quite safe, just cold. The biggest sea life you see there is this huge fish that is quite friendly, The Maori Wrasse. It comes around and you can pet it if you are lucky. He's named George and he was there the day we went. Never forgotten that.
ОтветитьIf you touch coral you could kill it, it looks like a rock but its actually an animal. The coral has this mucus layer that is easily damaged and once damaged it can expose the coral to pathogens and infection, but the damage can also trigger a stress response. When corals are stressed, it can start an event called “bleaching” and the coral loses its colour and become white. When you have 70 million people visiting the reef each year that can be a lot of damage.
ОтветитьI lived on the Island next to Whitsunday Island which has Whitehaven beach on it. (Hamilton Island) I lived in those beautiful waters for 4 years... State of Qld is beautiful.. Loom for Paranella Park just before Cairns.. thats a rainforest treat to walk through
ОтветитьDon't touch the marine life, because your acid skin can kill them, or endanger them to disease....Simples. CrankyGranny Western Australia
ОтветитьThis is only a very small part of Queensland. Didn't even mention Fraser Island.
ОтветитьG'day 👋🏾 Western Ku Ku Yalanji (pronounced Gu Gu) here. You can also cablecar via Skyrail over THE oldest rainforest in the world dating back to Jurassic period. Yes older than the Amazon. 2 extinct Volcano's that are now lakes Barrine n Eacham. Lava tubes and nearby thermal springs that were used for medicinal healing. Small fish eat away the thousands of dead skin cells hum shed every day cleaning a wound even. Travel by road or train Inland to Cemtral Qld and go fossicking for dinosaurs. Hughenden has a complete fossil called the 'Muttaburrasarus'. Go to Mt Isa and visit the Oldest mine in Qld over 110 yrs. Go further down towards Darling Downs region and see spectacular landscapes and Beef growing country. OR visit my Grandfathers country of the Gudang people at Pajinka, the utmost tip of Qld, and taste fresh crayfish You caught.
Finish at BrisVagas for a flight to Sydney.. but that's another story.. Stay safe until then friends ✌🏾
There is still a third of the Queensland coast to go north of Cairns before you get to tip of Cape York
ОтветитьI'm with her. I'm from qld but u won't get me in the water
ОтветитьThere are more than 8000nislands around Australia.
ОтветитьCome to the Gold Coast has lots of shopping , theme parks, beaches, restaurants, animal wildlife park, hot air balloons, parks and Hinterland. The weather is way better (not as humid or hot as north) but still warm.
ОтветитьCool to see the ballooning...i flew over 1800 flights right there as a commercial balloon pilot
ОтветитьAUSTRALIA has over 7000 Beaches
