Hetzner Cloud Setup (New USA Location)

Setting up a server with Hetzner after going over DigitalOcean and Vultr decided it was the best bang for the buck, but I have one issue I can't find an easy to follow tutorial for and that is how can I set up an SSH connection from Windows 11 PowerShell - very OCD about this dunno why.

Another question I have is whether I can run multiple sites using CyberPanel or another such application with a visual interface - already tested Wordops and that works great but wondering if I have other options.

When using this with Cloudflare, the ports & firewalls seem incompatible. Is it secure to keep Cyberpanel's firewalls off, and let Cloudflare handle everything?
