December 2022

The reports of the Apple employees' firing and identification as part of the donation scam scheme occurred in December 2022.

According to reports, approximately 160 out of the 185 Apple employees fired were of Indian origin.

The 160 Apple employees who were fired were primarily Telugu-speaking individuals, which suggests they were of Indian background, specifically from the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in India.

The remaining 25 individuals, out of the 185 Apple employees fired, were reportedly from other ethnic backgrounds, including:

- Chinese
- Korean
- Southeast Asian
- American

These individuals were allegedly part of the same scam, collaborating with the Indian employees to exploit Apple's Matching Grants program.

As for their immigration status, according to reports, the 160 Indian employees were not deported or sent back to India.

Instead, they were reportedly fired by Apple and had their visas revoked, which would require them to leave the United States.

The exact dates of the revocation and their departure from the US are not publicly available.

Out of the total 185 employees fired by Apple, only six individuals have been arrested and charged with falsifying donations and tax evasion.

The arrested individuals are:

- *from Castro Valley
- *from San Jose
- *from Milpitas
- *from Hayward
- *from Sunnyvale
- *from Union City

These individuals allegedly defrauded Apple of approximately $152,000 over a three-year period.

The investigation is ongoing, and it's unclear if more arrests will be made.

Generally, the Apple's "Match The Grant Program" involves several non-profit organizations.

Here are a few names that have been mentioned:

- *American Chinese International Cultural Exchange*:

This organization was allegedly involved in the donation matching scam, along with

one of the arrested individuals who acted as its CEO.

- *Hop4Kids*:

Another organization implicated in the scam, with

one of the arrested individuals serving as its CEO.

- *World Central Kitchen (WCK)*:

A nonprofit that provides meals for people in crisis, which received support from Apple through its Matching Gifts program.

- *Down Syndrome Ireland*:

An organization that operates the Field of Dreams, a three-acre horticultural site where Apple employees have volunteered.

- *Rise Against Hunger*:

A nonprofit that hosted meal-packaging events at Apple campuses in India.

- *Michigan Environmental Justice Coalition*:

An environmental justice organization that received grants from Apple.

- *Center for Diversity and the Environment*:

Another environmental organization that received grants from Apple.

- *Native Conservancy*:

A nonprofit that focuses on environmental conservation and received grants from Apple.

- *UPROSE*:

An environmental justice organization that received grants from Apple.

- *ZAPHA+ (Zanzibar Association for People with HIV/AIDS)*:

A nonprofit that supports people living with HIV/AIDS in Zanzibar and received funding through Apple's partnership with the Global Fund.

In Summay, Apple USA fired 185 employees, mostly Indians, for allegedly forging donations to exploit the company's Matching Grants program. None of the Indians are arrested as of today.

Apple's Matching Grant Program is a corporate social responsibility initiative that matches employees' charitable donations to eligible non-profits.

Here's what happened:

The Scam

- Employees collaborated with certain non-profit organizations, including some with links to the Indian community, to falsify donation records.

- The employees would make fake donations, which would be matched by Apple.

- The non-profits would then return the original donations to the employees, who would keep Apple's matching contributions for themselves.

The Investigation

- The scam was uncovered during an internal investigation, which revealed that Apple was defrauded of approximately $152,000 over a three-year period.

- Six non-Indian employees have been arrested and charged with falsifying donations and tax evasion.

- The Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are investigating the matter further.

It is worth noting that Apple has not issued an official statement on the matter. However, the company's actions suggest that they take these allegations seriously and are taking steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I am happy that Apple FIRED THEM, without any Mercy forgiving. Now its Federal govt's turn to arrest seize all their assets, and DEPORT them and their family back to Telugu Nadu ASAP. These LOW LIVES with Cheating in their DNA want to do the same in the country that gave them a chance. SHame on you disgusting guys.
