Friends just visited NYC, but they will not take the subway. I was in an Ikea recently in Cali. A guy was ranting and raving so loudly it was scaring children, but the adults ignored it. Maybe the adults felt safe, but why subject your innocent children to that kind of behavior. I guess different parts of the country deal with problem citizens in different ways.

I am an army veteran with hand to hand combat training. Penny didn't know what he was doing. he wasn't properly trained to do the choke safely. he should have used other ways to "subdue" the other. i don't think he meant to kill but he didn't know what he was doing and caused a death

These prosecutors must be charged with and tried for malicious prosecution. This is the only way to stop this kind of thing from continuing.
