We do make this recipe from long time.. but the difference is we add very few carrots and rice..
Just to make it more yummy ..

What is kewra water??

Means if i have the kheer mix, i can add carrots in boiling milk and add the kheer mix and then let it boil?

Do we need to wait for the gajerela to cool down before adding the creame? Or. Am we add it while it’s still hot?
