Best stretches to do every morning by Adelaide Physio

Been pain for a lot of years waking up and feeling really rusty in my back and movement but these stretches really helps to alleviate those issues.

I know this video is old but I’m 41, 6’, 280lbs and just started going to the gym heavy. I was told I needed to stretch more and oh my god did this video make a great difference. Thank you so very much. I will be doing this every morning.

Just started to work out mainly doing HIIT work and since I did these while sore man you can feel the stretch lol

Thank you!!! I was getting frustrated clicking on stretching videos with zero instruction on how to do the stretches. Clear, to the point, easy to follow safely without worrying I'm going to put my back out--!!! A bit of feedback: was a bit fast moving through each stretch - I had to pause while I got myself into position for each one, as you'd moved on to the next exercise already!
