I have 1 question : when you receive chemo therapy, your immune system is at the lowest because of the chemo.
I heard that it is not a good idea to continue to take ice baths like before the cancer, but it’s wrong than ?

The biggest thing during the cancer is YOUR ATTITUDE and MINDSET. It really changes EVERYTHING. My mother got diagnosed with stage 4 ovaries cancer. The tumor was HUGE with 12x8 cm to the point it that it squeezed her bowels, and she couldn't eat anything because it didnt go trough.

She got diagnosed and took it HEAD ON the same way Marcos did. She didn't do Wim Hof method, we cured her with food. She got 6 chemo cycles, got operation after 4, and before the operation they did all the tests and it turned out that the tumor shrinked to 4x2 cm. The difference shooked even the doctors. Even after two days from second chemo cycle, she caught covid, got really high fever, but still, kept her warrior mindset. She pushed trough it after 4 days with relative ease.

The family kept crying over her situation and were scaried to even talk to her (except me and my sister) but my mother didn't shed A SINGLE tear. She kept fighting and did it. She is absolutely clean after 1,5 year after the operation.

Cancer is spurned on by bureaucracy

But how can you say for sure it was the cold plunge? What if it was the chemo that worked? Im on round 6, stage 4 colon, 2nd time. On a nasty chew right now that gives me no quality of life at all. But these cold plunge are popping up more in curing cancer naturally groups. So I am definitely curious.

He's a survivor. It's not that he's a tough guy. He's a beast. It's nothing you can think about or conjure up. It's a will to live a drive. It's subcontious your body fighting this thing with EVERY CELL YOU HAVE. God bless all of you.

In December 2021 I a was diagnostic with prostate cancer with spread to glands, bones and lungs.

I started in Oktober 2021 with the Wim Hof Method without knowing that I had cancer. In 2022 I was treated with radiation therapy, during that period I did the WHM every other day. I didn’t need medication against nausea, headache and pain from the start. During this period of radiation therapy, I felt good and without complication at all. The tumor shrinked and the cancer got away for now.

Resume I can definitely tell that the WHM extremely helped to boost my immune system. I felt very good during the treatment and the WHM ensured that my blood values remained perfectly stable before and after each of the six radiation therapy treatments. Today I am still exercising and feeling good. 😊

I love that this is about making the body work better with modern medicine and not ignoring medicine completly. just started with the wim hof method, definitly continuing.

Kudos, Marcos! They just found out my very curable breast cancer has spread into the lungs. I will do what you did. Fight! It can be done! What helped me through my first chemo round is chemofasting which my doctors want to recommend every patient as soon as the results from bigger studies are in. In one or two years this could be standard. The healthy cells are in hunger mode and cannot take in the poison whereas cancerous cells eat it even more. My routine: When I had chemo every three weeks on Mondays, I fasted from Saturday 11 am to Wednesday 3 pm. I was always the one with the littlest of side effects. People please look into this, it works!
Also, positive mindset: which for me means not listening to my doctor who says: we're no longer treating gor healing. But rather read or watch stories like Marcos'. I also have a story in a cancer mag which starts with the words: When they first discovered my pancreatic cancer in 1992... the story is written in 2022! This sentence is with me all the time. The person healed himself through meditation and inner images. Thank you, Wim Hof!

Got to say that the no hair loss part might have nothing to do with the Wim Hof method. My dad didn't lose his hair neither, and was also still very active during his chemo (although it probably would've been even better WITH the Wim Hof method).

I got since 13 years CLL, a slow form of Leukemia, cancer of the immunesystem itself. So the white blood cels are splitting into useless cels. I refused the chemo from the start and thought I could heal myself because this cancer always comes back. Doing for 3 years the breathing and cold showers daily. Too much underweight for the ice bath. No results yet at all and the white bad immune cells keep on growing rocket high. Now Wim is telling that the white immune cells are increasing but in my case I am not sure if this is a good idea. No doc could give me advice and Wim does not answer such questions. Anybody with Leukemia here?! I go in with the intense breathing and cold showers because I love it.

My friend have colon cancer and Metastasis liver cancer, I have just give her this whm advice as well. There will be a course on the 27th hopefully she'll go and learn more about and the how.
I just had hip surgery on the 9th and also trying to keep it manageable the pain with the 10 minutes breathing exercises twice one after the other. I haveto do it everyday more than once? Yesterday when I did it twice, I felt like 1000 nedels in my thigh. Don't wish this feeling to anyone.

yes yes yes!! i LOVE hearing these stories!! i too am 6.5 years out from an incurable state 4 cancer diagnosis. they gave me 2.5 years. i changed my mindset, diet and now do breathwork and cold showers daily. i feel like a million dollars. thank you for sharing this story. we need more of them!! we can live vibrant full lives after terminal cancer dx.

When exactly did you take the ice baths (i.e. right after treatment? or only on the days following?), and what was your schedule like? Thank you for sharing this story. Absolutely brilliant. Shows it is a combination of mindset and reprogramming the body. One's mind is more powerful than any cancer cells. Cancer cells can not exist in an alcaline environment within the body. The mind, the breathing and cold therapy keep the body alcaline and throw out the malignant cells. Well done mate! 🤩

I was dx with 2 large tumors in my pelvis area- unknown if benign or malignant for I cannot get surgery yet. I bn in pain. I did the breathing exercises a couple of times today and my pain has reduced abt 75% to 80%. I felt more like myself today. Thank you. 😊 People have bn praying for me diligently too.
