Its ok too feel pity for some of these people, but dont forget, sutcliffe and brady were here, and they arent showing that side of broadmoor.
ОтветитьTo be honest i feel bad for some of them with there tramatic childhood i know they shouldnt have done it and need to go there i know that but they didnt deserve there child hood
ОтветитьPeople with mental illness are less likely to commit violent crimes, and the ones that do certainly dont deserve any more of a break than anyone else. So called "intellectuals" beat that drum in order to make their own poweful positions seem more significant, I don't think even they believed it.
ОтветитьNature VS Nurture.
It’s Nurture all the way.
As a person who works for a Camel. Im scared all of the time. And he won't share his water!!!
ОтветитьRita Harley my stepmother should have been here
Ответитьthe psychosis is its own animal the hight doesn't want to be lowered especially in bipolar affective disorder thou the high is often more destructive than the coming depression lithium is a balance though often too much on the lowerscale Jesus Christ is My Rock My Refuge My Salvation Unto Eternal Life Read From 1st corinthians 15 50-58 this explains how He Will Take You Up to be with Him The LORD where you will always be With The LORD
ОтветитьLeeanne McGee the director is brilliant at how she works, and looks at the patients X
ОтветитьGrown men, how sad this is for them. They have had horrid young lives 😢.
ОтветитьThis is such a sad documentary, these people need lots of help and care. Love for them should be at the forefront, this goes a long way. ❤
ОтветитьOne of the big problems in all hospitals is that pharma medication is forced upon people as the only solution..when in fact natural herbs can be just as efficient as an alternative without the nasty side affects.
ОтветитьThe biker looking guy who was beaten and put in an attic i hope your doing better man love you
ОтветитьFar too many adverts has spoilt this interesting program 😢
ОтветитьI sometimes wonder if severe CPTSD is what can take a child who would have been completely fine and emotionally healthy who'd end up living a stable life? I am learning that what I lacked from emotional abuse and neglect has had an impact that does make me question my sanity more times than I'd like to admit, and that giving my kids all I lacked and yearned for is NOT enough to raise them to turn out differently. Generational trauma does live in the biologic children of them and so I not only carry my own experience but that of my parents as well. Like many Holocaust and other war survivors post-war generations also talk of. I think so many extreme traumas can have the same effect down the line in families.
ОтветитьWhat is in the weed in the UK 🇬🇧
ОтветитьAs an ex patient of a psychiatric hospital, for 6 years and I can say that this is bull. They never speak to and treat patients as well as what they are on this documentary. And the director would never step foot on a ward
ОтветитьThey should fill up these institutions with the " woke " brigade !
ОтветитьI’m recovered alcoholic it’s been 26 years and I always think it’s funny when they workshops on drugs bc we’re usually the ones who know the most about them but we sit thru them pretending “ oh I’ve never heard of that one isn’t that interesting” just so we look innocent and willing to learn and look interested.
ОтветитьI'm so glad to see that Broadmoor is so much better than it was before. I feel so sorry for these people. It just seems as though every single one of them were shown no love from any parent in their lives. It sounds like that's exactly what they needed.
I'd like to add also, and I'm not being rude by saying this but I was surprised to hear that they have gangs in England , only because I have friends that live there who couldn't believe that Americans can carry guns on them with a permit because she said that the way up in the English cannot carry guns at all.
The psychiatrist, Dr. Shaun, really needs to check his own body language- that folding of arms and crossing his legs is very closed. He may be wanting to portray that, but for me, that’s an absolute no-no.
ОтветитьPsychiatrists are criminals who poison people with pseudoscience for profits. Beware of this corrupt fraud known as psychiatry.
ОтветитьJust another demonstration of how utterly, utterly devastating child abuse is. It stays with the victim for the rest of their lives and manifests itself in so many different ways, from the blatantly obvious to the deeply hidden. Mental ill-health is an almost universal consequence. It is just so incredibly cruel.
No matter how much time has passed, no matter where you go, no matter what you do, it is always there, with you, deep down inside you, at your very core. For the perpetrators of child abuse, it's just a memory like any other; for the victim, it's a permanent, inescapable violation of your very soul.
An excellent documentary. Literally weep when one of the patients told the story of his mother leaving him aged 9, then the abuse… he did nothing to deserve that life.
ОтветитьKind of alarming within the first minute of the video it showed a riot control team with gear. Not familiar with this place because I’m not English, but why would a Psych Ward need a fully kitted and geared up riot team?
Ответитьgas em
ОтветитьIn my humble opinion, mental illness is THE WORSE ILLNESS in this world. My heart goes out to each person that is suffering.
ОтветитьTraumas seem to be the root cause of so many illnesses.
ОтветитьSeems like waste of money to me. They should be in prison and other prisoners will straighten them out real quick.
ОтветитьThe guy who said he was raised by satanic parents. Nearly all of that probably didn't happen to him. It's a way for him to justify himself. The clue is in his satanic styled necklace. To him, his story is edgy and cool and part of his persona.
Some of these people are absolutely mental beyond what you could imagine, and they believe their own delusions.
What a waste of tax money
ОтветитьThe problem is they have no support, and will know they will struggle and not survive on the outside
Ответитьnarration is hacks work, and the face blurring ruins it
ОтветитьI cant begin to image the amount of corruption in these places.....
Ответитьdo not forget they are criminals, do not forgot they victims. to many bleeding heart care more for the killer than the killed.
ОтветитьUK people: is there an equivalent place like this for women?
ОтветитьIt's true that we believe what people tell us we are. If someone constantly tells us that we are evil, we become that.
ОтветитьThis is a really interesting program - and you can see why these people do what they do and the events that lead up to their convictions - the poor kid who never saw his mother is heartbreaking - the care system can be brutal too - and when kids get into the wrong crowd it is easy to see why they get into bother - the Satanic guy Adam I feel so sorry for the poor self harmer it is just so sad x
ОтветитьWhen they let violent types free, they are rolling the dice. We hear time and time again these patients go on to kill again. The victims are more important than patience’s.
ОтветитьSeems scary. Y would anyone want to work there. Oh yeah, I get it, the money. We live in a wage slave society where money is the only thing that matters and people will do anything to get it. Our evil monetary system is the worst evil ever created by evil human beings. The human race is pure evil.
Ответитьwow
ОтветитьThe staff are so incredibly kind and dedicated. They treat these people as human beings. That really surprised me. Maybe it was all a show for the documentary, but if not, even though I disagree that these people should ever be let out into the community, it is very commendable and reassuring how professional the staff are.
ОтветитьLet's be honest, there is no transparency here and they are showing exactly what they want us to see... everybody knows of rhe many crimes committed against inmates illegally and all the time.. someday the courst and cops of such crooked nature will pay for their sins.
ОтветитьI live close to here I remember when I was very young when they tested the alarm my school would do a lockdown and it was weird
ОтветитьAs a Yank it’s sometimes difficult to understand what the patients are saying..a wee bit.
Ответить"Staff taking food to patients rooms must wear gloves"....
I must be missing something when they were serving food because I don't see a single glove
and gotta love those long lanyards with the keys,
makes a nice weapon if a patient gets a hold of one not only a distance weapon but also an up close and personal one
