Ответитьyou have so many god damn bad examples of your first element, why dont you give more positive examples?!!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing Robin. I love you more!!!⚘️🙏🏼💗
ОтветитьAmazing
Ответить“May I offer an insight” is a skillful way to offer helpful yet unsolicited advice 👌
ОтветитьI have found that so many of these bad habits come from social media. We pick up popular sayings from people who are not in the circle of influence that we wish to be in. They seep in, insidiously.
ОтветитьIt's very very true
ОтветитьThanks Robin!
ОтветитьThank you kindly🤍

ОтветитьOh my, so humble guide you are Robin Sir. You have energized me to a new high.
ОтветитьThnx Robin .I learnt something today
ОтветитьMy realization is that as a leader he becomes best as he is a best communicator.
ОтветитьExcellent insights
ОтветитьAfter reading all the Sharma Sir's books,I realized that all these books knowledge is included in a single "Bhagawadgita"(Narrated by God, not son of God or messenger of God)

Ответить7 minutes in you're still talking about negatives, fears and stuff - not great leader talk. When you started talking about yourself it started with "Im not perfect, Im flawed" before prefacing something you're good at. What is missing here that should be obvious on how leaders talk: Rock solid strong direction, unmovable confidence. Listening as a service is not a leadership skill (more of a follower skill). Listening from leadership is about undestanding how every person's personality, strenghts and needs align with the bigger mission, then reorienting the person towards a win / win objective taking those things in. "When you are vulnerable people will fall in love with you" can be true unless your vulnerability consists on showing weakness. Regardless, well intented video and obviously a smart guy, take my negs here as constructive, unsolicited feedback. Cheers.
Ответить🙋SO GOOD!!! THANK YOU☺👍

3. They have great sense of social acuity
4. Legendary leaders are terrifyingly transparent.
5. Legandary leaders communicate with compelling courage.
You mean well and its a good story that makes an important point about possessions that fill a void. But Mother Teresa is a bad example as she collected a lot of money from shady donors, piped them to Vatican and used a private jet for her private treatment in the US while letting her patients die with poor care or medicines as she needed that to keep the donations coming. Hardly anyone ever got 'cured' and left her facilities. She did have a good PR though. I don't mean to pick here but i also love truth and want others not to be misled.
