ОтветитьWhat kind of lunch can you have where you have a hand size of meat or protein are usually don’t eat breakfast because of my sleep insomnia so at lunch what is your suggestions? Do you want me to eat a whole canna tuna I mean I can’t afford to cook chicken twice a day or salmon, twice a day the size of my hand, so can I have a sandwich with sliced turkey or something like that does two pieces of low carbohydrate bread count as a fistful of carbohydrate and chill. I just load it with spinach in the sandwich – – really need some suggestions on lunch?
ОтветитьGive me some suggestions for my first meal and since I have insomnia, I usually only have two meals, the first being around 2 o’clock and the second being around 7:53 PM I drink water but maybe not enough and I drink about 4 cups of decaf green tea. I’m really struggling and I need some suggestions. I will listen to the video again because I didn’t hear what I should be eating for the first or second meal. oh yes, I forgot to tell you that I am a hypo thyroid condition, and I take a synthroid pill every day as well. It’s only the last 10 years that I’ve had really a problem with my weight and at times even though I am a very positive upbeat person, in my alone time, I really feel depressed about it because most of the fat is in my pear-shaped body but in Belly areas. Please help.

ОтветитьAnd here's me chugging huge bowls of salad 😅 someone else told me to be mindful with veggie if I my aim is to reduce fat and visceral one specifically. And also to do mostly protein for dinner and no raw veg, steamed green ones only.

ОтветитьCan confirm that this diet is effective. The problem is keeping up with it. For example, you don't have time to buy lunch and you have to eat mcdonalds or you go nuts. It's easy to say, but hard to actually do, especially consistently.
