Phantom Voltage in a 3-Wire Delta

My multimeter doesn't have a Lo Z setting, but I also have an Ideal Vol-Con solenoid voltage & continuity tester, which I turn to in situations where I suspect ghost voltage readings on my multimeter, or where I'm verifying the absence of voltage for LOTO procedures and don't require a precise reading. The other feature I like with solenoid voltage testers is with experience, I can have a close estimate of the voltage levels by noting how hard the solenoid pulls in and the vibrations in my hand even while wearing electric shock and arc flash PPE, which I find very helpful when wearing a 40 cal/cm² flash suit.
