Nintendo wire also created its own variant of chess who combines video games with bord games

There version is called Smash chess

The rules are the same as regular chess except for these changes

All chess prices are replaced with Amiibo

Choose 16 amiibos for the pawns 4 amiibos for the rooks 4 amiibos for the knights 4 amiibos for the bishops 2 amiibos for the queens and 2 amiibos for the kings within your amiibo collection and then place them on the bord depending on which role you want them do play

And then the game starts

The objective of the game is to defeat the opponent’s king by settling it in super smash bros

After capturing an enemy price you start a battle in super smash bros

The hit points also matches the amount of points you get for capturing normally said pieces in a normal game of chess

Pawns are 100

Rooks are 110

Knights are 120

Bishops are 130

Queens are 140

Kings are 150

After a battle the hit points are not recovered

This is called Battle damage

All prices can use any move they want according to which game of super smash bros is used

Capturing pieces gets a 20 hit points advantage

The first player to kill the opponent’s king in super smash Bros wins

I came up with an idea for a Sovereign chess variant of my own

Sovereign chess Total war

The rules are the same as regular sovereign chess except of some changes

Set up:

You need multiple regular chess bords to play this version of sovereign chess sense there is no border in that version of the bord

set up enough bords so that every single colour within the set can each place the fallowing prices

On the first row where each colour traditionally starts from left to right all colours must have room within the multiple agasoned bords to place rook knight bishop queen king bishop knight rook and 8 pawns on the second row

The colours they must add to the bord are as fallows
White
Black
Ash
Slate
Red
Orange
Yellow
Green
Light blue
Dark blue
Purple
Pink

So be sure the amount of agaceoned bords together lets you place all those colours before starting

There is no limitations for where each colour can be placed so long as they are placed on the outer rings of the combined bords

For instance: white is allowed to be in front of pink and black is allowed to be in front of of red

Gameplay:

the objective of the game is to be the last king remaining

White goes first then play proceeds clockwise

You are not allowed to promote to higher rank prices of different colours as that would steal other players’s pieces and would putt them in a numerical disadvantage for the rest of the game

If you notice that one of the bords had randomly moved during the game then you must pause the game and move that bord back to its corresponding hole in the bigger bord

This is called a pause move

After 20 pause moves then everyone loses even if no one was checkmated

After a checkmate the person delivering it can use those prices as if they wore their own

You can also use those prices to deliver checkmates to other activate players

You can promote checkmated players pawns if you want

Sense the combined bords results into a bord bigger then regular sovereign chess the range of the movement of prices are now 16 squares which means they cannot check an opponent’s king who is farther than 16 squares away

The first player to checkmate all other kings wins

Question: it is my turn to move, and in the current position my pieces are checkmating one player; that player has lost and their pieces are removed from the board but, by doing so, new "fields of vision" get opened to my pieces, which are now checkmating a second player. Has that second player also lost, even before I make my move?
