where is reset button on datalogger? not able to find

Why is my green light solid, there is not wifi singal for it either PLEASE HELP

Doesn't work. My datalogger doesn't have a reset button. I can get it into AP mode by leaving it unplugged for 15 minutes and plugging it back in. But the app won't connect to it. This system is a mess. I should have known sooner so i would have bought a quality brand system.

Ok, but I cannot get to this as it's in the loft and I don't have a ladder or access to it so what can I do to reset it? Seems like a flawed system

this is easy on video but before the last step it usually failed and need to access the IP of the data logger and there you need to connect to router. Also what is reset button in your data logger?
