How do you jam up a Mosin?
Maybe you clean it too much.
I don't have clips and use steel case Tula.
When you do pull it off don't touch the barrel afterwards, will instantly blister.
Can we surmise that if it had not been for the Russian Winter, that the Germans would have marched to Vladivostok?
ОтветитьThe only good clips to use are from Russia. New Chinese clips are garbage, they do not work.
ОтветитьThis is why the Brit's don't run their mad minutes with a Mosin ! ;-)
ОтветитьExtra manky mosin!
Ответитьwhy not use steelcae if you're gonna do mag dumps. Keep the brass for match handloading for long range
ОтветитьThe jam was possibly because the chinese clips are for m44s? Also try to lube the clips after you load them with rounds
Ответитьi love the mosin nagant but indeed, the stripperclips are a pain in the ass, idk but i think rim of the casing might be the problem :)
ОтветитьHow would a Finnish or Russian non com tell You that “ excuses are like assh@l&$ , every body has one but no one needs Yours”, Ha Ha, just giving You a bad time that is not as bad as You would have gotten in combat. I really like Your video’s and sense of Humor. You are almost a dead ringer for a friend of Mine , American of Italian Ancestry . Similar personality too.
ОтветитьI got some original blued Russian clips that seem to run ok.
ОтветитьJust the user failure.. LoL
ОтветитьYou don't use the word "bollocks" enough 😄
ОтветитьThis goes to prove that it was indeed the worst rifle of WW2. I’d rather have an Italian Carcano.
Ответитьмда, руки явно не из нужного места)
ОтветитьSo on the crappy Mosin striper clips you have to grab the top round with index finger on bottom thumb on top and use that top round to push the rest down.
ОтветитьWould of totally had different results if used proper loading technique with those clips but either way those things are bastards!
ОтветитьI hate the 90 degree bolt handle on these. Really makes it hard work the action quickly. I also dislike how far the bolt feels when you shoulder the rifle
ОтветитьVideo request for arisaka type 99 and carcano mad minute please!
ОтветитьShooter is staring at the target 🤣
Ответитьi realy like all of your mad minute videos, great work.
ОтветитьBEAUTIFUL FINNISH M24. I’m jealous.
ОтветитьToo bad that you don't apply the good reloading process, firstable you don't load the stripper clip like a k98, you have to bend the first round in thé stripper clip With you index next you load the 4 rounds left.
When you put the stripper clip you've got to pinch the top round (index under the case, thumb on the top) then push straight away and the clip is gone automatically.
The problem there is that it's a Finnish model, a Russian one would have worked better, you just need to be mean with them and load them properly.
ОтветитьThere is definitely something wrong with the rifle, it should cycle smoothly if it's cleaned and oiled. Also your loading technic is very poor, making the Mosin appear to be a garbage rod. PPU Ammo is not the best to use also. My Mosin cycles very smoothly, loading with stripper clip is very easy.
ОтветитьI got one of these m24s. Is the onyl way to get it apart to bend the sling mounts off? Seems like kind of a pain. Im not aware of any other way. I mean it does work but its a pain
ОтветитьSimo Hayha you ain’t.
ОтветитьStripper clips work better when you bend them to shape and polish them with steel wool. Make loading them much easier.
ОтветитьWhen I see the title I know its going to be a slow one
ОтветитьSovbloc nice references
ОтветитьWOW it worked just fine when you weren't working the ammo like a fucking spastic? And at exactly the same round count as half the magazine capacity as an Enfield because that's what Mosins have? What a scientist you are.
Ответитьclips with the tabs are almost universally terrible, you want the smooth ones, and hit them with some polish where they contact the rounds. Also, go slow with the clips... speed is how you jam up a mosin magazine, and give the top round a good push down and back to make sure its seated well (spring loaded feed lip is a terrible idea).
Ответить"Wow I can't believe how smooth this is going. Good for him!" finishes first five rounds and starts reload "...oh, there we go."
ОтветитьMeanwhile the lee enfield fires of about 40+ rounds per minute
ОтветитьIt's extremely upsetting watching someone struggle and reload horribly on the mosin then shit on it.
Only for them not to realize they're doing it wrong
crap rifle 🤣
ОтветитьI’ve had major extraction issues using PPU ammunition on anything with a bolt action. I have a Finnish mosin and a Swedish Mauser which both fail to extract every time using PPU ammo. I switch to S&B which is slightly more expensive but still brass cased and the issues went away. After I explored further it seemed that the casings were about half a mm shorter so the extractor wasn’t grabbing the cases properly.
ОтветитьCómo se dice que boludo en inglés
Ответить(Bob maijala) Finnish or Russian, you can polish a turd all you want ,it's still a turd.
ОтветитьOperator error..!
ОтветитьThis just made me miss my Mosin more lol.
ОтветитьThe M24 rifle does not have a trouble free magazine (as is in the m39 model), so the cartridge clip must be fed in the right direction or the cartridges will get stuck in the magazine.
Sniper Simo Häyhä shot presumably 16 shots in a minute as follows. (This is based on a new edition of the history book about Simo Häyhä.)
The first five cartridges from the magazine and the remaining 11 pieces by hand feeding one at a time.
I was getting tired watching this. Gotta bitch slap the bolt like a Russian mail order bride.
ОтветитьOne must prep the strippers......I find dollar bills work well.....
ОтветитьQuantity is a quality in it's own, and that's the only quality Mosins ever had.
ОтветитьBest gun
ОтветитьYou FN lefty. I'm lefty as well HA
ОтветитьAnd that's with factory ammo! I imagine any of the lacquered steel case milsurp ammo would make for an even better viewing experience... probably not a better shooting experience though.
