i dont understand the test exactly. so you measure the time during breathing out slowly and when your lung is empty you stop? or do you hold your breath after the exhalation for as long as comfortable? how does this relate to the CP test from buteyko? for example: my buteyko CP (breath hold after normal exhalation) is considered very bad at 15sec. but if i do this test where i breath in and slowly out and time it i get easy to 45sec (30sec slowly breathing out and 15sec natural breath pause)
ОтветитьWhen I began my military officer training, we were taught to run with out mouths shut and only breath through the nose. Even the Roman soldiers did this 2000 years ago. At the moment we didn't really knew why, but it had to do with the priciples you're explaining in the video. Thanx for a great channel!
ОтветитьThank you very much !
Umm can I know how much time can you hold ur breath ?
I have been struggling with cold hands for a while now I’ve been looking for the answer to this issue for a few weeks and I’ve found when I do a breathing exercise where I breath less, to the point im hardly breathing at all, to build up co2 levels in the body my hands finally go warm, I can actually feel the blood pumping back into them, the only issue is that this doesn’t seem to be a permanent fix any advise?
ОтветитьHello sir how could I implement this training or what exactly would be the optimal way to breath when performing strenuous long breath holds swimming underwater?
ОтветитьI wish ive known this a few decades earlier🥰🥰🥰 breathing less as much as possible bring peace contentment and a true sense of well being... As the Yogi and the Buddha practiced a long time ago.. this method should benefits each and everyone of us😘😘😘
Ответитьgreat video, turn the background music down a bit. thanks
ОтветитьI find it odd that there's relatively little on the internet on CO2 Tolerance. Tolerance training could really help people struggling with anxiety.
ОтветитьBravo, most people get this wrong about CO2.
