Ответитьthanks, I am doing Handstand vor some months now but got stuck and you gave me some new inspiration on what to try next!
ОтветитьI love your video. But I'm unsure after seeing your and others about handstand. Are you allways "pushing" the floor away when upside down ?
ОтветитьI used to be able to do it but lost it over the years because i wasn't doing it
ОтветитьVery nice
Ответитьprops for wearing a shirt and not mainly doing the video to show off your body. looks like most men have trouble with that
ОтветитьThanks for the info 👍
ОтветитьBeen going at my own pace developing strength & flexibility. Took me 6 weeks to get both legs straight with wall handstand at 50 with extra weight. Working on improving my form, still going at own pace.
Ответитьthank you for teaching me
Ответитьhow u kicking so high
ОтветитьWow what a teacher are you !!!! Excellent I think I will try it ! At list some kicks ... I need courage jaja but your class is wonderful so thanks !
ОтветитьCreat Tipps, thank you!
ОтветитьHm, seems sensible overall. However i do not understand daily task nr1 option 4. If youre able to perform this variant you are aldready that close to being able to perform a handstand. How can this be the daily task 1. Kinda ruined the credability abit, atleast for me.
ОтветитьPerfect video 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
ОтветитьThank you very much. We look forward to the continuation of such lessons.
Ответитьyou need to not have constant sinus pressure :P
