ОтветитьThe best 20 minutes workout award goes to these ladies! A great session for toning and muscle burning. We did itt, and ofc we got over that Bulgarian spilt squat set, We are warriors, aren't we?
ОтветитьI've been incorporating this workout in my routine for well over a year now, one of my favorites!... I can keep right up with these ladies & even use a 15lb weight for the split squats. I do palates 100's for the abs at the end though, the move they do is brutal on my lower back as I have broken my tail bone in the past..
