My tailbone hurts when doing that last ab exercise....I'm trying to stay with my back straight, but what do I do to for that not to hurt?!

I've been incorporating this workout into my routine for years. WHY Autumn does a quad stretch after the split Squats is a mystery to me😅 She needs to have a glute stretch in there 😂

The best 20 minutes workout award goes to these ladies! A great session for toning and muscle burning. We did itt, and ofc we got over that Bulgarian spilt squat set, We are warriors, aren't we?

I've been incorporating this workout in my routine for well over a year now, one of my favorites!... I can keep right up with these ladies & even use a 15lb weight for the split squats. I do palates 100's for the abs at the end though, the move they do is brutal on my lower back as I have broken my tail bone in the past..

How was this total body? I stretched in this video more than anything because that unfortunately took up the majority of the time.... waste of 20 minutes.
