my life is a mess. i was always thinking that life owe me so much but the truth is that it doesnt owe me anything. i was bullied in school. my best friend died in car accident. i ve been depressed for probably 10 years. i lost my passion. i have probably also few other disorders. an eating disorder as well. i lost most of my friends, i never had dream teenage life but only traumas and feeling left and traumatised. and now my health is so bad that i have the risk of heart attack in age of 20, maybe bc of high stress and smoking, well no matter how much i tried to be kind to others, life wasnt always kind to me but i have also many good memories my brain forgets, i cant even remember what i was doing in the morning🥹 well gonna still fight for my life even if i was sucidal my whole life

I’ve been having a particular problem on top of many health problems. pain in that area was bad today. Decided to try health meditation. Half way through this video I realized the pain in that area was significantly less than when I started. One of the activities I have been advised to do daily for my condition is lay with my eyes closed. I’ll be adding listening to this video while doing that for now on!

When you have a loved one who is terminally ill, tell them all the good things like how good it was and that they will be in a better place, so that they leave in the best way :)

Is it normal for your third eye to tingle? Mine tingled so bad it radiated to my crown and all the way down my back. It was really intense but something told me to trust it and just let it happen. Mid way it just toned down and tingled but it wasn’t bad. It felt kinda nice. Is this normal?

I listened to this last night, I'll be honest I didn't 'take part' properly as it was late and I was busy sorting things out before going to bed. However today I felt better than I have done in ages, I really felt I have turned a corner and haven't felt this positive for a while. Can this be used for a general fear of bad health? Am healthy overall, but over the last few years a fear of bad health and impending disaster has built up. I do face constant digestion and stomach problems exacerbating the fear. Wand to confidently rest, sure that am perfectly healthy and will always remain.
