This company's tech support/warranty is an absolute joke. buy another brand.

Just assembled this thing, great product... absolutely HORRENDOUS assembly instructions... When I say bad I mean.. Charles Barkley "turrible" terrible! They gave us the assembly guide with numbers, but no parts labeled as such... We literally had to guess every single last part... I eventually just decided to look at a fully assembled model and do the thing you're not supposed to do, and wing it and hope to the Most High God that you don't have any parts left over after Assembly... Took us about 8 or 9 hours total.. assignment the older model comes with the foot pedals pre installed, I don't understand why they didn't think to do that for this model... Oh well... That being said, we love it! And you should get one! Haha

How do you put it in sleep mode after 15 minutes not in use?
