Doctors of the World UK Annual Conference 2010

Lead experts in the field spoke at our annual conference on Friday, 19th March including Jonathon Porritt, Andrew Haines and Jean Lambert MEP, setting out the key issues around climate change and consequences for health. We explored a range of subjects from changing migration patterns to new conflicts and the global impact on public health. Afternoon workshops enabled our delegates to focus on climate change issues affecting health and ways to tackle the problem both abroad and here in the UK.
