Day 1: ooof that burn is THERE… got to push myself through to finish it! But I won’t give up!
Day2: it’s harder than I though, my muscles are hurting, still pushing through tho!
Day3: WHATTTT I ALREADY SEE SOME TONING?!?! the workout was wayyyyy easier to master but still burned!
Day 4: Damn this workout was easy today??? Keeps me very motivated!
Day 5: I did this workout 2 times and another one too, I love seeing the results!
Day 6: there’s no fking way… my abs is appearing? These lines are THERE

Ответитьday first: i was barely able to push myself but completed, and checked once during the workout how long until the end of the video
day second: hurts pretty bad but the excercises already seem easier and this time i was shocked how fast the session ended
day third: i was out of house and couldnt do it, kinda unhappy about that
day fourth: due to yesterday the excercisses were harder than the second day again, but i pushed myself to do it

Day 1: I did, I honestly don't know how, it went by pretty quickly tho, and it did leave me energized to do another workout, I could feel difference in my abs
Works so well the last one is the worst

Day 1: I did it and it BURNS! I’m rly motivated now 😊
Day 2: Completed! I still felt a burn but wasn’t as bad as day 1😅
Day 3: Completed! My abs r like 2% more visible😅
Day 4: I did it and for some reason it was rly hard😂 I can see some toning in my upper abs🎉
Day 5: Did it bc now I’m SO motivated! Felt the burn and I’ve defo lost some belly fat🎉
Day 6: Break I just had to take a break bc I just was too tired😅😢
Day 7: HALF WAY🎉 I did the work out felt so good after ❤ can see my belly getti mg so much flatter
Day 8: I’ve gotten so used to the workout that I remember the workouts off by heart so I rarely even look at the screen😂
Day 9: SO MUCH TONING ❤ I can see such a difference in my waist!!!
Day:10 So tired but still completed it bc I can’t wait to see the final results
Day 11: I didn’t stop at any of the workouts I can feel myself getting stronger❤🎉

Results: I see so much more toning all around my belly my waist started off at 48 cm and now is at 39.5 cm! I can see some apps which I am so happy about I’ll do this for another few weeks stay motivated guys it’s worth it❤🎉😊

day 1 I wanted to quit on the last one almost started crying it hurt my abs so bad 😭
Day 2 My abs were super soar but surprisingly it wasn’t as hard as day 1 again the last one almost made me quit
im doing this define my abs for the beach. i leave in 6 days, i have lines of abs already i just want to tone and define them a little more. im doing these workouts in the morning when i wake up.
day 1:✅ pretty hard, i took abt 3 seconds rests during each workout
day 2:✅a little easier, still took breaks but not as many
day 3:✅ already was seeing results, stopped taking my 3 sec breaks
day 4:✅ alot easier than yesterday
day 5:✅way easier then normal, results were way mor visible
day 6:✅ seeing results, tdy was harder than normal but felt good to be consistent and see some results

ОтветитьThat dog doesn't even move.... are u sure he's still breathing! lol My 2 y.o Staffy jumps all over me when I do yoga or something like this! She gave me a black eye once the lil jerkface who I love so much. Even though she is a pain in the butt!
