These are genuinely the best workouts I have ever done … I love being active and have lots of sports I love, but workouts have never been that fun for me … il do then but don’t love a standard workout … however I genuinely enjoy these workouts! Also my belly is almost flat again and I’m 11 weeks post partum ❤

Does 1 finger width put me in the category of actually having DR, requiring the modifications for safety?

The variety of exercises you have for pregnancy and postpartum are wonderful, and I have learned a lot about properly healing my core and pelvic floor. Thank you for being so faithful to this corner of the internet! I'm also intrigued, though it isn't related, how you've cared for your hair over the last year or so. It's looking so beautiful and healthy, and I can tell it's grown a lot!

ОтветитьLove your workouts so much! I’ve been doing them consistently for the past 5 months and I feel so much stronger - my third pregnancy really took a toll on my core and back especially and your workouts are truly helping me tone and strengthen (preventing back pain and injuries)
