I got really into NDE stories for a couple years. They really helped my death anxiety and allowed me to recover from the chronic stress of constantly worrying about my health and mortality. However, I have never had success with "contacting spirit guides." I have kept a very open mind and tried numerous techniques throughout the years, and still, nothing happens. Welp, in my opinion, if something is real, you should be able to test and prove it. I really hope those who need it most really do feel they are receiving communication.

Oh I set the stage this morning, that's a good sign. I found a comfortable space in nature, under the sun. My presence routine was counting 5 things I was hearing distinctly, while I was outside: 1. Birds singing 2. Dogs Barking 3. Cars passing 4. Planes flying 5. The wind breezing. Then I started to posture myself, for my spine to align and stretch out. I began to recieve the energy and the light of the sun blessing my chakras. I did my prayer to my HR (high realm team). And then the sun intensified, and warmed my body gradually. Then finally my body told me to connect with the grass, and tightly hug a tree.

Nothing happened. It's been months...

They love , love and I'm crazy but they is really I can't deny what I experience, that's living that I have gifts and I am trying to learn I see so much
