I read someone's comment on here about how they always seem to use the same items, and then you mentioned in the video how you can't believe how much new stuff there is now. Thought I'd share what I do to find new items and things I've never noticed before! So I'll just put a random word into the search bar...could be anything like 'yellow' 'box' 'cat' 'angle' 'circle' 'happy' and it will show you all kinds of items that you usually just don't notice or aren't aware of. I searched the word 'wall' the other day and found these glass shower walls that I had seen before but never really paid attention to, I just scroll past them. So I started playing around with them and found out you can make glass interior walls using them (they don't have to be used to make a shower!). I'll place the glass walls and then build a half wall above them...works so well in small houses or apartments instead of solid walls, it really opens the space up.
Anyway, just thought id share incase anyone else is struggling with the shear volume of items in this game now!

I wish House Flipper would have a system where you could place items and then, for example, press E to purchase. You could maybe have a maximum of 3 items you can place before purchase. I spend so much time and waste so much money placing items just to see how they look and then selling then for a loss!

Is there a special version of the game Sims is playing? I heard her mention it in a previous video. If buy it I want to make sure I purchase the right one.

You can turn Eco Lighting off in the settings, it makes it so the lights stop turning off because you backed an inch out of a room.

It bothers me beyond any reasoning that you put tables perpendicular to walls. I know it’s irrational but the fact that you don’t use long spaces in a long way makes my brain start shooting lazers at you. Love the vids tho

Watching Kayla play this made me want to play again, so I re-installed it and am enjoying the hell out of it. Since I suck at the yard stuff I moved my office to the Picturesque Loft and In my most humble opinion 😁It looks pretty damn cool. P.S.: I love that they have the turkey with the fez in the Friends apartment.

That steam cloud error has been that for my game for like forever...i ignore it. The cloud and me never play nice, i have old school backup files on an external drive. Lmao.

Joey and Chandlers apartment from FRIENDS! Whoever detailed this at the House Flipper HQ really did this nicely with details from the episodes, Hugsy, the spoons, the dog, the towel on the floor in the bathroom.
