I remember not watching the Oscars this year. I woke up in the middle of the night, probably around 2:30 AM and checked to see if Fraser won and I was SOOOO happy. Then I saw that ke huay quan won and I literally felt such joy. Went back to bed with true happiness. Exactly what I had wanted

one of my fav actress all the time, i loved this man wen i was a kid, i watched a movie called "the mummy", and that was such a good movie

I really like Brendan and I'm glad he won an Oscar even though I hated The Whale. I feel for people who binge eat, I really do, if someone is encouraged to quit it because of that movie then it's a worthwhile movie for that reason, but no one can convince me it has any entertainment or artistic value.

I could care less about awards but man.... he truly deserved this and I'm so happy for him. I just love Brendan. He was amazing in The Whale

Wow, I was so happy when he won and then so bummed out when he started talking. We waited all this time to hear him ramble and make no sense like that. I’d say it was not worth it.

Soooo deserving, especially after being blacklisted for years for his bravery in speaking out against the stuff that goes on in Hollywood. I have always loved watching his work but more than that he earns my utmost respect as a human being.

When the Oscar’s were happening, I was a massive fan of the film Elvis, and was beyond upset that Austin butler didn’t win best actor.
Today I watched the whale for the first time and I believe he truly deserves this Oscar, it was a beautiful film and an amazing comeback for Brendan Fraser
