ОтветитьI have a 17lbs (8kg) kettlebell, and I decided to just look up a workout with it.. I'm aiming to lose just around 100lbs.

You aren't wearing a sturdy shoe, so I'm guessing you've never dropped it.

10 Goblet Squats - With 26 pound KB
8 Overhead Presses (each side) - With 17 pound KB
15 Kettlebell Swings - With 35 pound KB
8 Bent Over Rows (each side) - With 17 pound KB
6 Front Rack Reverse Lunge (per side) - With 17 pound KB
With the above mentioned weights, I do 3 circuits with 2 min break between each circuit. Could you let me know how many calories are burnt with this routine? Also, could you suggest how I can increment the weights and repetitions?
How many calories does this routine burn for tracking purposes? It's my favourite workout so far!
