One of my favorite scenes. Its powerful, yet, in a way, so stupid. So many people willing to come and die for a religion that for all each of them knows could not even be real. Fighting over lands that people fought and died for over years and years. Lets just keep on doing it since we never learn. Imagine where the world(in particular the middle east) would be today if they werent all a bunch of idiots back then who fought and died at the command of those they dont even know for selfish reasons.

at the end of this movie the lionhearted king of England is shown which made Salahuddin look like a child playing with a giant

Whenever I watch this movie, I just shake my head in amazement at how many people sacrificed their lives in the name of religion, over thousands of years.
