Samsung | 2020 Crystal UHD TV: TU8000

Worst tv ever, as soon as warranty expired, tv display is not working.

Hopeless quality display screen.. display screen gone off in 1 year.. Not expected such a thing from a good company.. thank god I was in warranty period. Else 15000 rs for the display screen.. thinking to sell it off and buy a Philips 51 inch. Please don’t buy this tv.. it’s my honest suggestion

You'll not lose money but waste money in low quality products on samsung online. No quality checking before shipping, late reply from customer support, no return or replacement or refund for any faulty items. Also there are comments on their late delivery and rude behavior of customer care & service centre on online platforms. So, think before pounding into glowing discount and offers on samsung shop online.

I don't think it won't work because Others manufacture are offering more than UHD in 2020 now TCL bring qled mini led in cheaper price with lots of features, why not Samsung working on that, why not working on value for money? One wrong move will make out of the business.

What's the difference between TU8000 and TUE60? because the specs and most importantly PQI (picture quality index) value is the same for both, I have purchased the TUE60 thinking that it has the same specs as TU8000 and this factor has been bugging me as I think there is absolutely no way that you are selling a tv with the same exact specs as this one and pricing it almost 25k lower. Either it is a mistake or a scam, it can't be a mistake because if it was it would've been fixed by now unless Samsung's website development team is too lazy, please let me know soon, I've tried reaching your customer care but so far they have not been helpful at all in clarifying this query. if TUE60 doesn't match the specifications of this TV I'd rather cancel it and explore other options rather than being scammed and please do not reply with a link to the product page because it is absolutely dumb and doesn't help anyone.
