If your cheese balls keep breaking then after dipping in bread crumbs dip them in egg then again in bread crumbs and fry.

Just made it today and I'm so disappointed the result ..the potato balls deform when I freid the cheese melts in the oil

When you say flour, are you referring to maida or atta?

do you have to let the potatoes cool? they wont form the balls :( wasnt specified

You missed a very important step.. I made them and they fell apart.. You should have mentioned that we need to refregirate the mashed potatoe first
