I just had a trip to Ams. The guide says boat house is much more expensive than normal houses, because you need to purchase for a slot, and no more slots are available.
ОтветитьIt's That Water Sanitary? HELL Nooooo!
Ответитьreminds me of Mekong delta
Ответитьgreat info for our planned art community/gallery ....many thanks Julius for this.
ОтветитьHow do you manage electricity and waste management (toilet and waste water) ?
ОтветитьZero privacy...
ОтветитьI want to live in that village! I assume the water is clean enough to swim in. I'm a little skeptical of that.
ОтветитьThese don't look that much different to the floating houses in Vancouver, Seattle or San Francisco. These neighborhoods would be a real crushing death trap if a tsunami sends water up the river.
Ответить"small budget"
ОтветитьSEE THE CHEMTRAILS?= POISONING US
ОтветитьAin’t for me
ОтветитьHow do they deal with changing water levels?
Ответитьlove your work!
ОтветитьWow what a pleasant way of life. Inspirational.
ОтветитьWater Yuppies LOL!

ОтветитьI LOVE HIS HOUSE, HE HAS THE COOLEST ONE AMONG THE GROUP ! FANTASTIC JOB, I WOULD LIVE IN IT NO PROBLEM !!
Ответитьthis is my dream, so relaxing
ОтветитьThe definition of "low-budget" in the Netherlands is very different from where I come from xD
ОтветитьWOW! Love it!
ОтветитьWhere I live in the USA if your neighbors could see into your windows like that, they'd call the police on you for every little thing. I can't ever open my curtains! They either accuse you of spying or exposing yourself. They're all really old and don't care to interact with anyone. It seems like the younger people that move into this area are the same way, very suspicious
ОтветитьOh wow, I wanna live there! This is beautiful!!! Everything about it...the life style, the community...oh, it looks & sounds gorgeous!
ОтветитьDutch are very creative people! My full respect!
ОтветитьI'd be a little nervous being underwater.
ОтветитьLove this one Kirsten. The location, the minimalism and the light. The only thing that would take some getting used to is the relative lack of privacy. Though on the flip side there is also something very appealing of having a tight knit community that looks out for one another. Something that I feel seems to be disappearing.
ОтветитьI’m from Long Island ,New York and I live in a houseboat. In the Summer I can take a water taxi to the Restaurants by the bay.
ОтветитьLove they neighbors?? Maybe
ОтветитьCan you share more info about the steps to build the concrete hull?
ОтветитьI got to ask this everytime I watch video about people building their small house - how do you handle the fresh water and black water?
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьBeautiful home and family
Liked the island seat ideas .very roomy .thanks for sharing

Ответить五彩缤纷的漂亮船屋光彩夺目!🤩🙏👌👍👍👍
ОтветитьHi, hello very interesting video. Does anyone heard the name of the special kind of timber used in the facade?
ОтветитьThey are historically called Grachthuizen - I have an old book from the 1970s about the city of Amsterdam, and they seem to have gotten much bigger since then .. I would rather live where there's land, but that's not to say I wouldn't pull an indie and live here
ОтветитьHe can definitely afford a house in Amsterdam! To build this houseboat and live there you must be rich it's as simple as that.
ОтветитьWhere waste go?
ОтветитьOh man. I would give anything for that. a great place. great people.
ОтветитьGreat video, great idea! Lots of interesting talk about the design etc.
Only one giant question… where does the sewage go???
Yêu thích cuộc sống này
ОтветитьWouldn’t a square base makes better stability and good for house layout too?
ОтветитьWah bagus-bagus banget yah 🥰
ОтветитьCould you kindly tell me the location of the village, I'd love to visit to get some inspiration to build something here in the UK.
ОтветитьReally love your houseboat. What a clever design. I had a pontoon houseboat in the 60's so know living on the water is great
ОтветитьWhat is the name of the city?
ОтветитьHow do you prevent the water from entering the downstairs bedrooms? I thought concrete was porous. Are you using some non-degradable liner?
ОтветитьMy dream life.
