Club car speed sensor
ОтветитьI am stuck at 8mph. I replaced the speed sensor and the magnet with a high speed magnet. Still cant get past 8mph. Any thoughts?
ОтветитьIf you remove wheel it is much easier to replace the sensor
ОтветитьDo you know if this will work for a older 36 volt club car DS? Believe mine is a 96. Definitely not newer than a 2000 please let me know
ОтветитьI have read that you lose regen braking. True?
ОтветитьI was hopeful but I only gained about 1-2 mph from the change. The old magnet was cracked so I thought I was really onto the issue. I believe the 2005 PQ model has a limiter on it, it doesn’t go faster than 15 mph. Downhill you can sometimes reach 17-18mph briefly. Trying avoid new motor / controller but thinking if I want over 20 mph this is what will be needed.
ОтветитьWill the speed magnet work with the stick sensor?
Ответитьhey, i have a polaris club car « goupil g4» and i can’t change the speed limit, someone know how to change ?
ОтветитьDoes the regenerative breaking still work?
ОтветитьWould you think this will work on a 2002?
Ответитьnice video thx, I have a question Ijust replace the magnet speed sensor but I don't remember if it was faceing the way you say,but still run,if it is backwards, will it afect it thx
ОтветитьIt may not "seem" like much but when you think about it if you went from 14 to 18mph, that's about a 28.5% increase in top speed; pretty huge, relatively speaking lol. Imagine if a 155mph BMW went 28.5% faster, you'd be flying down the road at 200mph! (into handcuffs shortly after lol) Thanks for the video, my father just bought a 2016 precedent and I think I might do this for him.
ОтветитьDo you have to put the speed sensor back in for it to work or can you leave it off to go faster
Ответитьwould that work on 48 regular ds ?
