Doctor explains BALANITIS (a red and sore penis) | Symptoms, Causes and Treatment

I’m not sure exactly what it is I’m going through however I’m seeing a urologist on the 15th November 2023. My penis has been hurting for a while now and I have been to my local std clinic where I have tested negative for multiple STD’s. My last test was in June where I tested negative for chlamydia gonnorhea, syphilus, hiv and hsv, hepatitis A,B and C. However my penis has been painful since I was last sexually active receiving oral sex 5th March 2023. I’m confused as to what the symptoms could possibly be, the std doctors and nurses I’ve seen have assured me that it’s not any of the STD’s that I’ve mentioned.

I feel pain while peeing

Me and my gf meet after two years..my one is big. And her one is so tight. After not having sex become more tight. Its 2nd time i face gland skin cracked. Bcz of no enough lubricant and we force to put inside bcz of size difference. Even we did 5 to 6 time in short period of time like around 6 to 7 hours.
First time i let is recover and never apply anything.
Skin become ok in 1 month. But sometimes i feel a bit pain.
Now 2nd time it damaged more then before and i apply betnovate cream and covered with soft cotton piece. And night time i let penis open. I hope it will recovered soon.

Mine was Very itchy And it has red dot like wound and it was very painful😢😢

I bought a sex toy in Amazon “cleaned” it and used it, now it’s been 2 days and my penis is white itchy and the foreskin hurts if I try to pull it back. I thought it was something else and was so scared.

But I’m worried I can’t clean the shaft because it hurts so bad to pull the skin back HELP

A circumcised penis about 4months now but the foreskin is covering back the glad pains again what should I do to it

Doc the penis of my head is red some days goes away after I use the cream not fully goes away , but feels better then I stop using and it gets red with tiny red bumps, the cream ain’t working idk if I need pills or just go under the knife

What do you mean by a bland cream? What about E45 or a cream containing paraffin or a cream with vitamin E? Is eucalyptus are any good? Diluted or neat?
