Pc keeps restarting FIX / Pc continuous restarting FIX

My problem started not long after I Installed msI Afterburner and i uninstall it and pc was fine for a few weeks then started again The pc could restart before it even loads Or it could last an hour, it could last five minutes It's very Random I did notice if I play with the connector from the power supply to the board It can be very temperamental But I don't see any problems It is driving me nuts

I legit just had to close my empty ram spot then open it again then it Got fixed

For me it was one of the older ram sticks. Removed it and restarting issue got resolve. 😀

what if you don't have a dedicated GPU and the restarting issue comes after you install the graphics driver for the on board graphis

Hi, when I start my PC everything boots except the GPU. After a few restarts it usually boots however the fans twitch but don't spin on start up and I get no display the first few times. Anyone got a diagnosis.

I'm not going to lie I just came back from vacation and my pc was just restarting and I was wondering why. Then I cleaned the ram sticks like you and BOOM! It turned on!! Thank you!!!!!❤

Does any of PSU give diffrent things?
Does motherboard support a specific power supply?

I had the same problem, I'm not sure tho wich one fixed it for me though. I think ot was either the cpu (there was some residue on one of the pads), or the cmos battery trick. Anyways thanks for the help man, you've earned a sub

Not working on mine..

My PC is giving me a cpu light flash and then the dram light goes solid, before shutting off and repeating.

I pressed ram and all the cables in again so that nothing is loose. Now pc is not shutting down but bothing shows up on the screen

Hello so far I am totally stuck my computer first Gave me a recovery error code 0xc000000ff and then it shut down now it's stuck on a endless boot loop by pressing my power button it turns on then goes off even if I hold in power button no reset on system takes place ..I have cleaned my ram and idk if this could be my bios battery as it and the ram only things I have not replaced..What do I do I urgently need to access my PC for important legal documentation??

I clean up my pc today after 2 year....before the clean up everything is okay...after the clean up pc keep restarting not showing any boot at screen just infinite loop restart pc....i readjust ram erase ram still keep restasting....i try to look by remove all main pc part like ram,hdd,ssd,liquid cooler aio just left psu,mobo and cpu but same problem keep restarting even without ram please help

I took the device and took it to another place. It worked. Although I tried three different cables in my place

What does it mean if its inconsistent boot loop? Some days I can use my pc normally, some days it boot loops

My cat had stepped on my keyboard and somehow put my computer to sleep and I couldn’t get the screen back, so i restarted it and this began happening. The computer is a relatively new custom build so i was pretty sure it wasn’t a cleaning issue. Thankfully i came across your video, and removing the CMOS battery worked perfectly. Thank you so much!! Saved me a trip and like 80$ for someone else to do the same thing.

I installed new power supply and graphics card today and the pc open and then freezes and restarts do you have any idea what I could be ?

guys if these steps doesnt work that means your motherboard is short or the pins on the back side of the motherboard are making contact with the metal plate or something conductive. Eliminate any contact of the motherboard with the conductive material and try again it worked for me.

Yup bumped the case, pushed in the ram, felt good, checked again and hazaah the ram stick was loose just a micromilimeter out on the bottom...cheers for the fix

Hi, my home theatre pc works fine when connected alone to the lcd monitor using a Hdmi port but whenever I connect my pc to my amplifier's hdmi port , the pc goes into a restart cycle during the boot. Any suggestions ?

Mine frend i have p8b75-V 2x rams 2x4gb 1333mhz i have 850w New psu the rams i buy it yesterday. I see on mine motherboard red Light dram led i try wit one ram like in youre video. I see only first 2 seconds choose f2 or del to go bios imideatly its automatische close restart pc

I have not instal windows 10 because i buy this motherboard for cheap money on this moment no hard drive install.

Also i used not cool paste because i want first testing mine motherboards works. I dont have used any paste on mine cpu because i was thinking without paste mine pc must be running to bios menu. But its fast restart.

Mine cpu is i5 2500k
I start mine pc without gpu wit vga
I dont have try it wit hdmi.

But its restarting mine psu everytime.

My pc started booting and shutting off about 2 months ago, thought it was the motherboard so i bought the exact same MB, still keeps rebooting, bought a new psu, plugged it into both new motherboards, still rebooting. Even with nothing in the new motherboard and the new psu it still boots and shuts off even though they are 2 brand new parts. I have no idea whats going on but any help would be great. I could send a video somehow if youd like but i am going insane teying to figure out what the problem is.

Dude you are a freakin LEGEND!! My PC has been MIA for about 4 months now & I’ve been putting off fixing it cus I was reluctant to spend anymore money on a build that already went way over my budget. I watched the first 30 seconds and did what you said. Did the old ‘Nintendo cartridge blow’ on my Ram sticks and put them back in fully expecting nothing to happen.

A few seconds later I’m listening to the quiet hum of my fans and seeing the bright flashes of LED that decorate my PC’s interior. You sir… are HIM. 🫡
