No other army has conducted warfare this way ever. The arab Israeli conflict is also the only war where the so-called enemy care more for their adversaries population than their own leaders do. If there are Palestinians living in Gaza that have nothing to do with this war, then why don't they move to the over 100 different Arab nation cities where they could still live under sharia law but not have their government use them as human shields?
And if the case is to be made that Hamas would not allow the Gazan civilians to leave, then the Gazan civilians should either admit that they are supporting Hamas, or rise up as one and remove Hamas.
